We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hiroki@hcrmedia.net with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Order number

In most cases, Australia Post is our primary delivery partner, and we will liaise with them to investigate the delay.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at hiroki@hcrmedia.net with your:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage

As Australia Post is responsible for any damage during transit, you may also need to lodge a claim directly with them. We will assist you with this process where possible.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
If your address is unavailable for shipping at checkout but you believe we should be able to deliver to you, please contact hiroki@hcrmedia.net so we can review alternative shipping arrangements.


Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
