Does Elite include every job tier?
Yes. Elite can open Free, Jobs, Pro and Elite briefs when they are published. Current member application tools are included. Personal services are separate.

No. HCR provides access and information. Employers make their own decisions, so work, interviews and income are never guaranteed.
Are these jobs exclusive to HCR?
Usually not. HCR finds and organises opportunities from independent employers and platforms. Membership gives you HCR’s curated discovery, readable briefs and member tools—not exclusive rights to a role. HCR is not affiliated with an organisation unless clearly stated.
